SIGN IN AND ROOM ASSIGNMENTS ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 5 from 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. Dinner is at 6pm (Registration closes for dinner and will re-open at 7pm)
CHECK-OUT TIME SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 6 at 10 a.m. Returning the key to the front desk at the end of your stay will complete the check-out process.

Bus reservations begin on January 20, 2016
- Must have proof of registration for courses
- Cost is $38.50 per person for a round trip
- Cash or Money order ONLY. Exact change required.
- Payment must be made in order to reserve your seat!

Bus departs on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 2 PM sharp from the main entrance of The Interchurch Center, at 61 Claremont Avenue, New York, NY 10115 (between 119th and 120th Street).
