May 21, 2011 – NYTS 2011 Graduation Commencement

We would like to congratulate all the 2011 graduates of New York Theological Seminary.  Commencement is on Saturday, May 21, 2011 at 9am at Riverside Church.  Here is some important information that you should know:

• All candidates must meet at the Assembly Hall of Riverside Church, 91 Claremont Ave. between Broadway & Riverside Dr., toward W. 121 St.
• All candidates must arrive by 9:00 am and go down to the Assembly Hall to robe and be placed in your respective processional formation
• No family or guests will be allowed in the Assembly Hall.
• The ceremony will begin promptly at 10 am.
• Latecomers will not be able to sit with the other graduates.
• Please leave any purses, coats etc. with family members.  You will not be allowed to carry these things in the procession.
• All candidates are reminded that they will receive their diploma AFTER the ceremony.  All graduates must return to the Assembly Hall after the ceremony to have their class picture taken and receive their diploma.  No family or guests will be allowed in the Assembly Hall.  Please make arrangements to meet with your family and guests afterward at a pre-arranged spot.
