This event will provide training opportunities for all who attend.

• Join us for the 40th Anniversary of the Doctor of Ministry program at New York Theological Seminary. Our first graduating class was 1975. We will honor our own Rev. Dr. Keith Russell, a 1976 graduate. Dr. Russell is also our Awards Luncheon Preacher.

• Hear Joel Barker, internationally known Futurist, Filmmaker and Author, who will lead the participants through a process that will provide tools for identifying long term implications of change; how to find new ideas for your ministry in the 21st century; how to share your own future.

• Talk with DMin Alumni about how their ministries have developed as a result of the Demonstration Projects they completed in the Doctor of Ministry program.

• Houses of Worship, Ministries, Faith Based Organization, Entrepreneurs are encouraged to bring leadership teams. Key leaders will wrestle together about how to shape the future of your ministry.
