Job Summary:

Provides spiritual leadership in all areas of Children, Youth and Families Ministry working with the Associate Director of Youth Ministries; coordinating the Church School program; developing and directing programs for the spiritual nurture of children, youth and families at The Riverside Church. 

Overall Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and participate in the recruitment and training of volunteer leaders

• Essential Job Responsibilities: Young Adult Ministry

Education / Experience Requirements:
