Basil Schott, NYTS D.Min. Graduate ’69, dies of cancer

Basil Schott, NYTS Doctor of Ministry graduate of of 1969, passed away on June 10, 2010 of cancer at the age of 70.  Schott was the Byzantine Catholic archbishop of Pittsburgh, who mobilized the Eastern Catholic bishops in the U.S. for a more unified leadership.
